How to Choose a Size

What size costume to get for my Super?

Our manufacturer suggests that costumes be chosen according to clothing size, not age. If you are in a situation where you run between sizes, let us recommend that you order the larger size for a more comfortable fit.

Sizing Info

Infant: 3 – 12 months

Toddler: USA size 2 – 4 (1-2 year olds)

Small: USA size 4 – 6 (3-4 year olds)

Medium: USA size 8 – 10 (5-7 year olds)

Large: USA size 11 – 12 (8-10 year olds)

X-Large: USA size 13 – 16

Shipping Info

All orders will be taken via the website.

  • We will need a complete delivery address, phone number and valid credit card number to process the order into our system.
  • Shipments do not have a guaranteed shipment date. Custom orders require special packing and will be processed as soon as possible. Normal processing time is 5-10 business days, depending on availability. customer service : 631-889-5135.

Super You will charge one shipping fee per costume. The standard shipping charges are as follows:

  • UPS Ground – $8.99
  • UPS Ground Party Pack – $29.99
  • UPS STANDARD International (Canada Only) – $18.99

Orders being shipped to a PO Box, APO, FPO or other Military addresses will automatically be sent through the US Post Office via Priority Mail. There will be an $14.99 shipping/handling charge.

Orders larger than one costume may require oversized packaging in order to avoid any damage during shipping. If this happens, shipping charges may increase. You will be notified of any additional charges prior to shipping.

Return Policy

We examine every item before it is shipped. If something is damaged during the shipping process, please contact the carrier right away. Hold on to shipping cartons for inspection. All obvious damage must be claimed with the carrier.

We will only except returns for reasons due to mistakes that we have made. If this occurs, you will receive credit for future purchases. SuperYou will exchange a costume for a different size if:

  • Exchanged items are approved by SuperYou within 3 days of receipt of the order. Call customer service and they will give you a return authorization (RA) number.
  • Merchandise must be in new condition, unused and in original packaging.
  • No credit will be issued on items damaged due to shipping problems and any other situations beyond our control.
  • Due to health regulations the following items cannot be returned: masks, hats, etc. Any items used on the mouth or head area.
  • SuperYou will not be responsible for shipping charges on exchanged or returned items.
  • Packages that are refused upon delivery or returned without a return authorization (RA) number will be responsible for a 25% restocking fee.
  • Special order items and sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Changes to an order:

If you have placed your order incorrectly please call our customer service representatives at 631-889-5135 right away. Once your order has been shipped it is impossible to correct any mistakes.

Refused Packages:

If you do not cancel your order prior to delivery with, you will be responsible for restocking charges and shipping fees. You will be credited for the cost of the merchandise when your package arrives back to the warehouse safely. Be aware that there will be a 25% restocking fee.

Must be 13 years of age or older. does not knowingly accept purchases from children 12 years of age or younger. Anyone under the age of 13 must have an adult assist with the purchase.
